Refund policy

All sales are final.
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and wig care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product, including color, length, or specifications, please contact us prior to placing your order.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

If a refund is approved as an exception, payment processing and administrative fees (typically 3–5% of the order total) will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
